The site automatically records first-party, session-level activity needed to understand and improve the portfolio. Optional cross-visit recognition remains off unless you enable it, and Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps it off. You can manage these choices here at any time.

What is collected

Session-level records include a random session ID, timestamp, page and interaction categories, device class, language, screen-size bucket, referral campaign, and approximate country and region supplied by Cloudflare. When optional cross-visit recognition is enabled, a pseudonymous browser ID connects visits. Hype Bot service records are governed separately below. The site does not intentionally store raw IP addresses, advertising identifiers, or browser fingerprints.

Purpose and retention

The information is used to understand portfolio interest, improve content, and measure contact intent. Operational records are configured for a 90-day retention period.

Deletion and objections

Privacy settings can request deletion for the identifier and Hype Bot session held by this browser. Cleared browser storage and other browsers cannot be linked to that request. For a broader deletion or objection request, use the Contact page.

AI conversations

When you use Hype Bot, your question and the site's approved public portfolio evidence are sent to OpenAI's Responses API with provider storage disabled to generate one answer. The private owner archive automatically keeps the redacted question and actual answer, UTC time, topic, provider/model/mode, session ID, page, recommended link, knowledge-gap signal, and approximate Cloudflare-provided country, region, and city for up to 90 days. These first-party service records are used to improve the portfolio and Hype Bot. They are not sold, shared for advertising, or used for cross-site profiling, and they do not depend on optional cross-visit recognition. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track continue to govern sale/share and optional cross-visit preferences; they do not disable first-party session or Hype Bot service records.
