What begins as improvised apocalypse training pulls Zack and his friends into an escalating conflict with a self-appointed survivalist. Their methods are unconventional, their chemistry is chaotic, and the heart of the film is the oddball team they build along the way.
Derrek Horn guided the independent feature from set through post, pairing an ambitious 22-day shoot with practical problem-solving, a deeply collaborative crew and more than 300 visual-effects shots. The production was built on trust, long-standing relationships and a willingness to find the cinematic answer with the resources at hand.
